Today is the last day of the #OolaChallenge. I am so grateful that you all have been on this journey with me. Are you ready for today’s #OolaChallenge?
Day 30: It’s been an amazing 30 days of change. Some days we challenged you to have fun and enjoy the people around you. Some days we challenged you to remember tough things and own up to mistakes you’ve made. Other days we asked you to learn more about who you are and what makes you great. At Oola, we like to end our days, and now our challenge, in gratitude.
So… Today’s #OolaChallenge is to choose one word to describe your experience with the OolaChallenge and write down three things that you are grateful for.
Dr. Dave, the OolaSeeker, is a great example of how to be grateful in the good things, and the bad things. Through the bad things we can learn, grow and become better. Some of the challenges we gave you may have been hard or may have brought up some of the bad things you’ve been through, or are going through. Some may have reminded you of the great, amazing blessings you have in your life. Think of 3 and write them down. And as you continue to live your #OolaLife, I hope that through the bad things through all things, you can remember to be grateful and have faith.
