Day 27: Have you heard of the #DadBod?
It’s all over social media and part of today’s challenge is to watch Dr. Troy’s (OolaGuru) video about it here. He reminds us how important it is to have a realistic body image and work towards a better you, something we now like to call the #OolaBod.
So… Today’s #OolaChallenge is to start your 90 days and be conscious of your #OolaFitness choices today. When you wake up and feel like going back to sleep, make the choice to go for a walk or go to the gym. When you are ordering at a restaurant, choose the salad over the fries today. When you’re looking for a parking spot, don’t wait for one by the door, park further away and get some extra steps in.
Try making small choices today, the next day, and the next 90 days that will make you healthier, more energetic, and a better version of you. #Oolaguys and I guarantee that if you do this for 90 days, you will see a change in your body and how you look at yourself. You will be better than YOU were 90 days ago, and that is #Oola.
