Today’s #OolaChallenge is whenever you see any of your loved ones today, act really excited to see them (no matter how many times you’ve seen them that day). Smile, run to the door, give them a hug and don’t let go. It’ll help us all remember that home is where someone runs to greet you.
For someone like myself, this is super easy to do. I work from home and fail to leave the neighborhood quite often. When the UPS man arrives, I always take time to ask him about his day, bottle of water when it’s hot out, etc.
