What are your favorite items you are currently using? Here’s mine on this frigid Monday on the lake:

Homemade Salt Scrub- Every other day, to help get the circulation going in the shower, even after a workout, a like to mix up 3/4c of either sea salt or sugar with a tablespoon of coconut oil and 4 drops of an Essential Oil. Lord of Misrule Body Wash by Lush Cosmetics- this is my favorite Christmas promote body wash by Lush. I really dig the black pepper in the morning. I have read before that black pepper helps with cravings and warms the skin during cold weather. Since it is in the single digit temps here, why heck not? http://www.lushcosmetics.com

Davines Well Being Shampoo- I wear Hotheads Tape In Extensions, and have to be super careful with which products I use. I love that this shampoo makes my hair soft and silky, while taking care of my scalp. The whole line is amazing. I suggest finding a stylist in your area that carries this line and experimenting. Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Ginger Intensive Mask- normally I only use Davines line, but I just couldn’t help myself with this scent. Incredible! Super plus that it really does hydrate the blue streaks in my hair. https://www.paulmitchell.com/

Skin Script Raspberry Refining Cleanser- Do not eat this cleanser, as it isn’t edible! This product is always in stock in my bathroom! I am obsessed with this acne control cleanser that really cleans the pores out with my Clarisonic.

Sounds weird, but each week I change up my product routine in the shower. There is just something about Sunday nights that I have to get everything ready for the next week. I change out shower items, get complete outfits ready for the week, groom dogs and just prepare for a week of awesomeness!
