Per Young Living’s site: Idaho Blue Spruce is an exclusive oil that is distilled at Young Living’s St. Maries Lavender Farm and Distillery. This remarkable essential oil contains high percentages of alpha-pinene and limonene and has a pleasing and relaxing evergreen aroma.
After doing some digging around the ole interweb, I found that some Native Americans believe spruce helps them to communicate with the Great Spirit. Way cool! I have used this before during meditation and yoga. So, I completely see why they would think this grounding oil has a correlation.
Have you ever tried using Idaho Blue Spruce when cleaning? Try it by adding a drop to your Thieves Household Cleaner. Your home will smell inviting and you will get totally recharged! After a hard workout, add a drop to your massage oil for sciatica and bone relief. Having fun in the bedroom tonight?
