Review: Oola Family Essential Oil

Happy Saturday afternoon! It is going to be an amazing day here on the lake!

I purchased this from Young Living’s website to go along with the 30 day #OolaChallenge that we just wrapped up. In the line, there are essential oils based on: Balance, Faith, Family, Field, Finance, Fitness, Friends, Fun and Grow. I chose Family because of how important they are to me, whether blood related or not.

Oola Family ($29.93USD Retail) contains: Coconut Oil, Inner Child, Lavender, Geranium, Coriander, Bergamot, Lemon, Jasmine, Ylang Ylang, Roman Chamomile, Palmarosa, Cardamom, Frankincense, Cedarwood, Pine and Xiang Mao. You can diffuse, inhale straight from the 5mL bottle or apply topically to support feelings of unconditional love, patience and respect.

Maybe my olfactory nerve is broke, but I cannot tell what I am smelling. At first whiff, it is heavy on the Bergamot. When applied topically, more Palmarosa comes through. When diffusing, more citrus. It is relaxing and IMO great for diffusing during working, meditation or yoga. Or, if you are committed to growth and lifting up others positively, this might just help support your quest. Don’t forget- prayer is awesome for that too!

I’ll probably need some more time with this one, but so far, I think that I will keep it in the office diffuser to support me throughout the day. Plus, I cannot wait for the next round of family visits to get their opinions too!

Have you tried other essential oils from the Oola line? Let me know in the comments below if there are some more must haves!
