How did we do with last week’s workout: Jan 15th
To stick with the no equipment necessary model, let’s start the day with a walk. Get your mind clear and ready. This can be as long as you can tolerate the weather, as it is winter afterall. Right now on the Lake, it is downpours and more downpours. Some areas are to get 3″ of rain. Since we have a huge hill on our road, I chose that path. Up, down, get it done!

45 Bicyle Kicks 45sec Elbow Plank
30 Reverse Crunches 30 Russian Twists
Side Plank Left 20sec Side Plank Right 20sec
Rest 20sec 20 Straight Leg Lifts
30 Mountain Climbers 10 Windshield Wipers
25 Pushups and stretch for 30 secs- we’re moving onto that booty & legs!
50 Squats 30 Side Lunges (x2)
30sec Wall Sit 50 Plie Calf Raise Pulses
50 Sumo Squats 20 Squatting Donkey Kicks
Finish- 20 pushups and stretchhhhhhhh!
Ok that was crazy! You need to replenish after all that. I took a good hard look at all that was in the fridge & came up with this yumminess:
1/2 c Spinach
1/2 can Pineapple w/juice
1/2 frozen avocado
1/2 c Cashew Milk
1t Chia Seeds
1 scoop JuicePlus Vanilla Shake
