Getting Back into that GROOVE!

For some of us, we return to work today. Or, for some of you it was yesterday. Maybe you are one of the lucky ones that took this week off. Either way, the binge eating and champagne drinking times are on hold until next weekend. Take the next few days to get yourself back on track!

Remember my post on an egg fast? Yup, going to to have to revisit. But, another important item to really go at hard- WATER…

Benefits of Lemon Water:
It helps balance the calcium and oxygen levels in the liver. In the case of heartburn, taking a glass of concentrated lemon juice can give relief.

It is of immense benefit to the skin, and it prevents the formation of wrinkles and acne.

It helps maintain the health of the eyes and helps fight against eye problems.

Lemon juice helps replenish body salts especially after a strenuous workout session.

From here, I’m blasting Pandora to get a dance party going this morning. Cardio will help get you rejuvenated and ready to conquer the day! I don’t care if it is for 5mins or a fantastic 1/2hr walk. Just get moving!
