Has someone ever made your day with their kind words at just the right time? Even one kind word can make someone’s entire day.

So… Today’s #OolaChallenge is to give someone a compliment that is specific, genuine and unique to them. Shoot from the heart. There’s no such thing as a dumb compliment. I’m just getting back from the grocery store and took it a step further. I went to the customer service desk to put it in writing and then immediately went to the genuinely awesome lady at the deli counter that seems to be the hardest worker around.
